All Products are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, with the option to upgrade to Special Delivery (UK only).
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Prints come rolled and protected with tissue paper, inside a thick cardboard postal tube.
All prints are usually delivered within 1 Week from the order date.
International deliveries can take longer.
Our products are sold subject to their product descriptions. All of our items are hand printed and are unique, as such they may contain inaccuracies due to the nature of the production process. We take care that the photographs displayed are as accurate as possible to the product being sold but they may occasionally contain errors.
From time to time we may change the design and specification of our items. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We may also withdraw products from sale without notice.
It is important that the consumer provides correct delivery details, making sure this is accurate and error free. We are not responsible for items that go missing if the information made available is incorrect. Peso Press does not collect or store your postage address information provided.
Our shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, on a secure server behind a firewall. Payments on our site are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

In the unfortunate event of a complaint, please contact email@example.com and give relevant information including the reason and order number. We unfortunately cannot accept refunds for items that are lost in transit, or accept returns for items due to a change in personal taste.
